1. AIR CONDITIONER IS NOT CYCLING ON 2. REFRIGERANT LINES HAVE A LOT OF ICE BUILD-UP 3. WATER IS LEAKING ONTO FLOOR OR CEILING 4. INDOOR UNIT IS NOT CIRCULATING ANY AIR 5. THERMOSTAT IS BLANK OR ACTING UP
AIR CONDITIONER IS NOT CYCLING ON
1. Make sure thermostat is setting to COOLING & to a cooler temperature. 2. Check the circuit breaker (or fuse) for both the indoor & outdoor units. Reset if needed. 3. If the filter was just changed, make sure the blower panel on indoor unit is installed properly. 4. Make sure the air filter is clean. ( go back to top of page )
REFRIGERANT LINES HAVE A LOT OF ICE BUILD-UP
1. Make sure the air filter is clean. If NOT, clean/replace filter. You should shut system off, turn fan to ON position and allow unit to defrost. 2. Make sure the thermostat is NOT set on a temperature below 65 degrees. ( go back to top of page )
WATER IS LEAKING ONTO FLOOR OR CEILING
1. Turn system off so that no more water will build up and cause more damage. 2. If you notice that water is still building up after you turn the system off, the water is probably leaking from another source (water heater or plumbing). 3. Connect a wet/dry vacuum cleaner to the drain outlet and pull all the water, slim and algae out of the drian line. 4. Make sure to call us so that we can make sure the drain line was completely clear so that you don't have any more water leaks. ( go back to top of page )
INDOOR UNIT IS NOT CIRCULATING ANY AIR
1. Make sure the air filter is clean. 2. Check the circuit breaker (or fuse) for the indoor unit. Reset if needed. 3. If the filter was just changed, make sure the blower panel on indoor unit is installed properly. 4. Check to see if any there is any ice on refrigerant lines. If there is ice present, turn system OFF and call Tiger Services.

THERMOSTAT IS BLANK OR ACTING UP
1. Check the circuit breaker (or fuse) for both the indoor & outdoor units. Reset if needed. 2. If thermostat has batteries, it might be time to replace batteries. ( go back to top of page )
