The technician went over the system with me and explained the issues in a professional and informative way. He explained everything thoroughly so we could make an informed decision.

Tiger Services does an excellent job. I have them on an annual contract and they call and text to schedule maintenance on my A/C, heating and water heater. They always call when the technician is on the way, which I appreciate. The technicians are professional and thorough and on time. Adrian did an outstanding job. After 3 years of using our David Weekley HVAC installed company for our Trane Unit & numerous hiccups in scheduling each time for maintenance in spring/fall, the last straw was when I scheduled 2 weeks in advanced (5hr window), then the day of a no show. I was called and told early during the time frame they were coming but 4 hours later, I called to see what happened to the technician, they said he came, left since they couldn't get into out gated community using the given code. I was never contacted & told I had to reschedule again. Well I quickly said NO, keep my prepaid maintenance plan remaining money. I found a Trane website listing several companies in our town and called Tiger. Quick & easy scheduling great communication. They called 20mins before 3 hr arrival window for service. Our tech Dan was very courteous, knowledgeable & patient answering all my questions about our unit, how to make sure I run it right. Found out great little company with one dispatcher (8 technicians) NOT a call center like our last AC company where no one knows what going on or knows who you are. They try their best to always have the same tech come out so they know your system, name and previous issues if any since the customers files are detailed for anyone to able to see how your system has been worked on. I signed up on the spot after our initial fall checkup for their AMP-Advanced Maintenance Plan. I can't say enough about them and look forward to a lasting relationship and will surely spread the word around. Give them a try 😉 2023, and helping take care of the family home in Monticello Park Area and had to call Tiger once again to help service our AC/Heat unit in this 1927 home. They are the best! Courteous, service minded and always no pressure in when they suggest or advise on something to possibly take care. 3rd home they cover for us!!
