Update 8/25: Called Tiger Air about my AC not keeping up with 100 degree weather. John showed up same afternoon. He replaced a capacitor and I was up and running in no time! Update 1/24/2023: Routine system check. Replaced filters. Checked drains. Thorough system testing. Didn't try to sell me anything. I trust Tiger Air. Called Tiger Air to evaluate air quality and possible installation of whole home dehumidifier. Conducted a professional, thorough evaluation before making recommendations. Added Freon and tuned up filters first to see if that would correct the humidity before advising on additional equipment. Very pleased!

I had a two-person team perform: 1) a bi-annual (Summer) HVAC system inspection and maintenance; and 2) swap-out of my Google Nest Learning Thermostat from Gen2 to Gen4 (as Google will no longer support Gen2 starting this October 25th). The team was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and versed in the workings of my TRANE system and Google stats, teaching me preventative measures that I can perform on my drain line and condenser that I never knew. They also found a incorrect wiring between my Google stat and the TRANE circuitboard from the Gen2 install back in 2015, informing me that for a decade, when heating my home in the Winter, the TRANE would use the emergency heat strips instead of the traditional heat. Their fixing this in a future visit will save me a lot of money because emergency heat strips consume a whopping 10 kWh -- way more than traditional heat! In terms of pricing, they have military discount and a discount for if I wait to schedule work during the cooler times of the year, so they're not working in my 125'F attic where my TRANE is. I would definitely (and am going to) do business with them again!

We are so grateful to Ignacio for coming out to our home when our AC suddenly stopped working. He responded quickly, diagnosed and fixed the issue right away, and was so polite and kind throughout the entire visit. What really stood out was that he didn’t try to upsell us on anything unnecessary — just honest, straightforward help. I saw their advertising in our local church, Holy Trinity, so I said I’ll try them. Adrian Perez did an excellent job in discovering what was wrong with water overflowing. There was a backup due to drain pipe being covered after some work done by a contractor installing fiber cable.

We have used Tiger Services for eighteen years and have purchased a new Trane heat pump from them. Their service has always been fast and dependable. We find their pricing reasonable as well. With this in mind, I would highly recommend them.

Can’t remember life before using Tiger Services! They have addressed every issue, every question, and have gone beyond (as they did today) taking care of my two systems. Knew of a potential repeat of a problem I had last year and installed a fix last visit to prevent it from happening again. Showed up today, on time as usual, and everything was perfect. I’ve used them for years and am never disappointed and I feel their prices are more than fair. How do I know this? I’m in a family of builders and renovators and we discuss pricing all the time! If you need an AC/Heater company this is THE ONE! And now they have a plumbing department! My company has already engaged with them.

We had a social event scheduled Saturday and the A/C went out. The Tiger On Call Tech arrived within 90 minutes and the A/C was back on within two hours of the call. Because it was under warranty and we had a Maintenance plan - No Charge! Outstanding!

So far every seems to going ok

Nikko came out to inspect and service our Trane HVAC system, and was fantastic. Nikko was prompt, arriving on time at 11:00 am, and got straight to the business of servicing and generally inspecting the entire system. He started with the interior Trane unit located in the attic via the pull-down stairs, patiently and thoroughly explaining. He cleared out the drain line (the Champion air filter had just been changed a couple of days prior), and explained how to maintain the drain line with AC Drain Tablets. He then inspected and serviced the Trane exterior unit and gave us the thumbs up on its operating condition (the entire system is only 4 yrs old). We will be requesting Nikko to come out for our next HVAC service in 6 months. Thank you, Nikko.

Another excellent service. I've been with this company almost 40 yrs. Bought 2 new HVAC systems. They come as scheduled. Office keeps in touch. Check-ups seem thorough. Both heat and a/c work great. Problems are always discussed. A few years ago, the problem was way way down the list of possible causes. That tech worked for 2 hrs to find it. He had to be very skilled to even think of it. This company has always been very good to me and accommodating on my contract when I was away on due dates.

I couldn't afford to have my system flushed out the algae. I did do it by myself with the direction of my tech. He was great. The only problem I have is once I flushed everything out. How do I get my system back online, But other than that, he was wonderful. I have no complaints with tiger

I have used Tiger services for nearly 25 years in 4 houses here in San Antonio. They have done installations, maintenance and repairs in 2 rentals and my own two homes that have ranged from 30 to 100 years old. They are always professional, always on time, always pleasant and thorough. I trust Dennis to give me good advice and to work with other contractors when necessary. They take care of my family as if they were their own. Simply the BEST!

Nick arrived promptly at 1 o’clock following a call from the office telling me he was on his way. He was very thorough checking my AC unit inside and out. He changed my filter and told me what to expect. I appreciate his honesty.

I called about a/c not working they came within 3 hrs to tried to fix a 22 year old a/c it could not be repaired and came next day to measure and installed the next day three days is fast in the extreme heat. I was totally impressed with positively outrageous service they gave me. Would recommend to anyone.

After 3 years of using our David Weekley HVAC installed company for our Trane Unit & numerous hiccups in scheduling each time for maintenance in spring/fall, the last straw was when I scheduled 2 weeks in advanced (5hr window), then the day of a no show. I was called and told early during the time frame they were coming but 4 hours later, I called to see what happened to the technician, they said he came, left since they couldn't get into out gated community using the given code. I was never contacted & told I had to reschedule again. Well I quickly said NO, keep my prepaid maintenance plan remaining money. I found a Trane website listing several companies in our town and called Tiger. Quick & easy scheduling great communication. They called 20mins before 3 hr arrival window for service. Our tech Dan was very courteous, knowledgeable & patient answering all my questions about our unit, how to make sure I run it right. Found out great little company with one dispatcher (8 technicians) NOT a call center like our last AC company where no one knows what going on or knows who you are. They try their best to always have the same tech come out so they know your system, name and previous issues if any since the customers files are detailed for anyone to able to see how your system has been worked on. I signed up on the spot after our initial fall checkup for their AMP-Advanced Maintenance Plan. I can't say enough about them and look forward to a lasting relationship and will surely spread the word around. Give them a try 😉 2023, and helping take care of the family home in Monticello Park Area and had to call Tiger once again to help service our AC/Heat unit in this 1927 home. They are the best! Courteous, service minded and always no pressure in when they suggest or advise on something to possibly take care. 3rd home they cover for us!!
