I signed up for the biannual maintenance program. I had Adrian come by to handle this much overdue service. I had some random questions and he answered everything without making me feel like I was asking dumb questions. He also encouraged and explained some cost effective, user level maintenance and improvements. That made me respect him and his services even more. I was nervous about being swindled (past experiences, not from Tiger) and he made all of that go away with his approach. I was SO thankful for that. Tiger was only one service company to return our request even the Holliday weekend. Technician and the company were well trained and gave reliable service.
