Had an issue with air handler running constantly even when the outside unit was off. Tiger sent a tech, Nick, almost immediately. Nick explained what was going on with the very low temperature we had the last few days. He was very clear and thorough in explaining what I should expect in very cold temperatures and what I should do.

My husband and I have used Tiger Services for over 25 years for two different homes we have owned. Throughout the years, whenever we have had a problem they have come right over to repair it. We have a Maintenance contract with them to have both the a/c and heating systems of our home checked twice a year and in all those years they have been the perfect company to work with. We have used Tiger Services for about 8 yrs. They installed 2 new HVAC systems for us about 5 yrs ago and have been maintaining them since then. I highly recommend them. They are professional arrive on time clean up after they are done and completely dependable in every way. The technicians are very friendly and explain everything. Overall a great company!!! Five stars for sure!!!
