Adrian was all business as he went straight to work after I briefed him on the systems we have. He fixed a minor problem I had with the thermostats and assured me that all was in working order.

Had an issue with air handler running constantly even when the outside unit was off. Tiger sent a tech, Nick, almost immediately. Nick explained what was going on with the very low temperature we had the last few days. He was very clear and thorough in explaining what I should expect in very cold temperatures and what I should do.

My husband and I have used Tiger Services for over 25 years for two different homes we have owned. Throughout the years, whenever we have had a problem they have come right over to repair it. We have a Maintenance contract with them to have both the a/c and heating systems of our home checked twice a year and in all those years they have been the perfect company to work with. I have recommended them to many friends.

We have used Tiger Services for about 8 yrs. They installed 2 new HVAC systems for us about 5 yrs ago and have been maintaining them since then. I highly recommend them. They are professional arrive on time clean up after they are done and completely dependable in every way. The technicians are very friendly and explain everything. Overall a great company!!! Fantastic at what they do!

They come out every 6 months for my Summer & Winter maintenance as I am on a Monthly plan. Courteous & friendly. Today they came out because my drain was clogged. Got that fixed in no time! So appreciative of their service & Tech!

Technician arrives on time. He did a thorough check of our system and left a detailed report on his findings and maintenance recommendations. I don’t recall if I have previously left a 5 Star Review, but today’s interaction with Nikko was once again a reminder of how thoughtful, professional and honest Tiger Services (and by extension the Team) has been with me these past 3 years of service! What great service and dedication Nikko has provided to my home (HVAC) system. It’s hard to find a service provider who can be so consistent and responsive over such a long period of time (going on 3 years). Thank you Tiger Team!

He made several recommendations in writing, and when I told him I would take care of several small items, he graciously walked me through simple steps to complete the tasks myself. After 3 years of using our David Weekley HVAC installed company for our Trane Unit & numerous hiccups in scheduling each time for maintenance in spring/fall, the last straw was when I scheduled 2 weeks in advanced (5hr window), then the day of a no show. I was called and told early during the time frame they were coming but 4 hours later, I called to see what happened to the technician, they said he came, left since they couldn't get into out gated community using the given code. I was never contacted & told I had to reschedule again. Well I quickly said NO, keep my prepaid maintenance plan remaining money. I found a Trane website listing several companies in our town and called Tiger. Quick & easy scheduling great communication. They called 20mins before 3 hr arrival window for service. Our tech Dan was very courteous, knowledgeable & patient answering all my questions about our unit, how to make sure I run it right. Found out great little company with one dispatcher (8 technicians) NOT a call center like our last AC company where no one knows what going on or knows who you are. They try their best to always have the same tech come out so they know your system, name and previous issues if any since the customers files are detailed for anyone to able to see how your system has been worked on. I signed up on the spot after our initial fall checkup for their AMP-Advanced Maintenance Plan. I can't say enough about them and look forward to a lasting relationship and will surely spread the word around. Give them a try 😉 2023, and helping take care of the family home in Monticello Park Area and had to call Tiger once again to help service our AC/Heat unit in this 1927 home. They are the best! Courteous, service minded and always no pressure in when they suggest or advise on something to possibly take care. 3rd home they cover for us!!

I saw their advertising in our local church, Holy Trinity, so I said I’ll try them. I called around 12:30pm or so, asked if they could possibly be here today, and they were here in less than two hours. Same day service is amazing, especially on such cold days/nights we have had. Thank you so much for your amazing response. We will sleep warmer tonight!

I signed up for the biannual maintenance program. I had Adrian come by to handle this much overdue service. I had some random questions and he answered everything without making me feel like I was asking dumb questions. He also encouraged and explained some cost effective, user level maintenance and improvements. That made me respect him and his services even more. I was nervous about being swindled (past experiences, not from Tiger) and he made all of that go away with his approach. I was SO thankful for that. I find this to be such a great business model and Adrian was great in representing his character as well as that of the company. I will continue to stay with Tiger because of this. Thank you!

I’ve had tiger for years. They have put in 2 complete ac units. I’m now on the maintenance plan for both heat and AC. This entitles you to a discount when a part does break. They are very reliable, and professional. Never regretted getting them set up in the first place

Tiger Services secured the air conditioning ducts to the distribution boxes and air vents. The air distribution system had deteriorated over a 20 years period to the point that approximately 30% of the treated air was being leaked into the attic. This caused the air handlers to run over extended periods in order to control the temperatures in the living quarters; thus running up the electricity and gas bills. Tiger Services completed the job in about two and one half hours greatly reducing air handler run time and conserving power. The technicians wore clean uniforms, were courteous and professional, and did a good job.

I have used Tiger Services for many years. I have always been pleased with service. Edwin was my technician this time. He was thorough and informative.

Excellent service by Nikko taking care of our furnace/air conditioner. Tiger services can send Nikko out to service our air conditioner anytime although we hope we don't need it except for our semi annual checkup!
