We’ve been with Tiger Services for several years now and are always satisfied with their service. Our technician, John is always very friendly and professional, and takes the time to explain everything thoroughly.

Adrian was all business as he went straight to work after I briefed him on the systems we have. He fixed a minor problem I had with the thermostats and assured me that all was in working order.

I’ve had tiger for years. They have put in 2 complete ac units. I’m now on the maintenance plan for both heat and AC. This entitles you to a discount when a part does break. They are very reliable, and professional. Never regretted getting them set up in the first place

Tiger Services secured the air conditioning ducts to the distribution boxes and air vents. The air distribution system had deteriorated over a 20 years period to the point that approximately 30% of the treated air was being leaked into the attic. This caused the air handlers to run over extended periods in order to control the temperatures in the living quarters; thus running up the electricity and gas bills. Tiger Services completed the job in about two and one half hours greatly reducing air handler run time and conserving power. The technicians wore clean uniforms, were courteous and professional, and did a good job.

Tiger Services recently installed a new heat A/C system in my home. The old unit was 24yrs old. It died in mid August, they completed the job in 48hrs. They did a quality install in a very timely manner. The new system cools very well. Very happy with their work and would recommend them.

John unplugged our condenser drain line and gave me some maintenance sits that , as the owner, I can do to keep the line clear. He also made sure I covered the laundry sink drain so there was no splatter when he pushed the clogged out. Update 8/25: Called Tiger Air about my AC not keeping up with 100 degree weather. John showed up same afternoon. He replaced a capacitor and I was up and running in no time! Update 1/24/2023: Routine system check. Replaced filters. Checked drains. Thorough system testing. Didn't try to sell me anything. I trust Tiger Air. Called Tiger Air to evaluate air quality and possible installation of whole home dehumidifier. Conducted a professional, thorough evaluation before making recommendations. Added Freon and tuned up filters first to see if that would correct the humidity before advising on additional equipment. Very pleased!

Thorough. Professional analysis and checkout of my system. Was impressed enough to do an annual service contract with the company. Nicki was polite and helpful. Explained carefully. Listened to my concerns on the balancing of the system.

I had a two-person team perform: 1) a bi-annual (Summer) HVAC system inspection and maintenance; and 2) swap-out of my Google Nest Learning Thermostat from Gen2 to Gen4 (as Google will no longer support Gen2 starting this October 25th). The team was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and versed in the workings of my TRANE system and Google stats, teaching me preventative measures that I can perform on my drain line and condenser that I never knew. They also found a incorrect wiring between my Google stat and the TRANE circuitboard from the Gen2 install back in 2015, informing me that for a decade, when heating my home in the Winter, the TRANE would use the emergency heat strips instead of the traditional heat. Their fixing this in a future visit will save me a lot of money because emergency heat strips consume a whopping 10 kWh -- way more than traditional heat! In terms of pricing, they have military discount and a discount for if I wait to schedule work during the cooler times of the year, so they're not working in my 125'F attic where my TRANE is. I would definitely (and am going to) do business with them again!

Adrian Perez did an excellent job in discovering what was wrong with water overflowing. There was a backup due to drain pipe being covered after some work done by a contractor installing fiber cable.

We have used Tiger Services for eighteen years and have purchased a new Trane heat pump from them. Their service has always been fast and dependable. We find their pricing reasonable as well. With this in mind, I would highly recommend them.

Can’t remember life before using Tiger Services! They have addressed every issue, every question, and have gone beyond (as they did today) taking care of my two systems. Knew of a potential repeat of a problem I had last year and installed a fix last visit to prevent it from happening again. Showed up today, on time as usual, and everything was perfect. I’ve used them for years and am never disappointed and I feel their prices are more than fair. How do I know this? I’m in a family of builders and renovators and we discuss pricing all the time! If you need an AC/Heater company this is THE ONE! And now they have a plumbing department! My company has already engaged with them.

We had a social event scheduled Saturday and the A/C went out. The Tiger On Call Tech arrived within 90 minutes and the A/C was back on within two hours of the call. Because it was under warranty and we had a Maintenance plan - No Charge! Outstanding!

So far every seems to going ok

Nikko came out to inspect and service our Trane HVAC system, and was fantastic. Nikko was prompt, arriving on time at 11:00 am, and got straight to the business of servicing and generally inspecting the entire system. He started with the interior Trane unit located in the attic via the pull-down stairs, patiently and thoroughly explaining. He cleared out the drain line (the Champion air filter had just been changed a couple of days prior), and explained how to maintain the drain line with AC Drain Tablets. He then inspected and serviced the Trane exterior unit and gave us the thumbs up on its operating condition (the entire system is only 4 yrs old). We will be requesting Nikko to come out for our next HVAC service in 6 months. Thank you, Nikko.

Another excellent service. I've been with this company almost 40 yrs. Bought 2 new HVAC systems. They come as scheduled. Office keeps in touch. Check-ups seem thorough. Both heat and a/c work great. Problems are always discussed. A few years ago, the problem was way way down the list of possible causes. That tech worked for 2 hrs to find it. He had to be very skilled to even think of it. This company has always been very good to me and accommodating on my contract when I was away on due dates.
