I called around 12:30pm or so, asked if they could possibly be here today, and they were here in less than two hours. Same day service is amazing, especially on such cold days/nights we have had. Thank you so much for your amazing response. We will sleep warmer tonight!

I signed up for the biannual maintenance program. I had Adrian come by to handle this much overdue service. I had some random questions and he answered everything without making me feel like I was asking dumb questions. He also encouraged and explained some cost effective, user level maintenance and improvements. That made me respect him and his services even more. I was nervous about being swindled (past experiences, not from Tiger) and he made all of that go away with his approach. I was SO thankful for that. I find this to be such a great business model and Adrian was great in representing his character as well as that of the company. I will continue to stay with Tiger because of this. Thank you!

Technician, Adrian did great job and explained us what was problem. He came to our house as soon as he took care of others. Tiger was only one service company to return our request even the Holliday weekend. Technician and the company were well trained and gave reliable service. Thanks for taking care of our A/C problem resolved.
